Indonesian Education System

Indonesian education system at this time can be spelled out better than previous years. Indonesian education system at this time put more emphasis on the attitudes of students to be more active in education. However, there are many shortfalls in the education system our country is. Facilities and infrastructure that support the poor, especially in remote rural areas that make the students come into difficulties in the study. Not with the level of welfare of teachers is still low. Community should assist the government succeed in educational programs that have been set by the government.
Cost of education is increasingly expensive very clearly perceived by the public, especially middle-class people down. This causes the students threatened to drop out of school because their parents do not afford to pay school fees that are more expensive. To overcome this, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of National Education (MONE) has made the program 'Free School' for the level of elementary and junior high Affairs (except SBI and RSBI). Surabaya City Government through the Education Department, Surabaya City program has also been a 12-year Compulsory Education (elementary, junior, and SMK). In the previous years, the Ministry of National Education also makes the program 'School Operational Cost (BOS)'. However, after the BOS program was conducted, many of the BOS funds going by the school. The government hopes the program diadakannya Free School children in Indonesia who can not attend can attend school again because of all the education costs borne by the government.
